PharmD Guru (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website app.pharmdguru.com and the PharmD Guru mobile application (together, the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Service, including our paid membership subscription.
Information We Collect
When you register for an account, we collect your name, email address, and password. When you purchase a membership subscription, payment details are processed securely by our third-party payment gateway partner — we do not store your card, UPI, or net-banking details on our servers. We also automatically collect basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and device information to help us maintain and secure the Service.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to create and manage your account, process your subscription payments, provide access to premium Pharm.D study content, send important account and subscription notifications, and improve our Service. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
Payment Processing
To purchase a membership, you’re taken to a secure checkout page in your device’s browser, operated by our payment partner Razorpay. This checkout page is opened outside the app itself, and payments are not handled through Google Play. We do not see or store your card, UPI, or bank details — Razorpay handles that directly under its own security and privacy practices.
Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Your Rights
You may access, update, or request deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at the email address listed on our Contact Us page. You may also cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.
Account and Data Deletion
You can delete your PharmD Guru account and its associated data at any time. To do so, email pharmaguruhub@gmail.com from your registered email address with the subject “Delete my account”. We will delete your account, email address, profile details and membership records within 30 days of verifying your request. Payment records may be retained for as long as required by applicable law (for example, tax and accounting rules). Once your account is deleted, you will lose access to the app and any active membership, and this cannot be undone.
Children’s Privacy
Our Service is intended for Pharm.D students and professionals and is not directed at children under 13 years of age.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
