These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PharmD Guru website (app.pharmdguru.com) and mobile application (together, the “Service”), operated by PharmD Guru. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Description of Service
PharmD Guru provides Pharm.D educational study content, notes, and reference material organized by academic year, available to registered users on a free and paid membership basis.
Membership & Subscription
PharmD Guru offers a paid Premium Membership priced at ₹499 for a 1-year term. Subscribing to the Premium Membership grants you access to premium content for the duration of your active subscription. Subscriptions do not renew automatically unless you are notified otherwise at the time of purchase. To purchase a membership, you’ll be taken to a secure checkout page (operated by our payment partner, Razorpay) in your device’s browser to complete payment; your membership is then activated automatically once payment is verified. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change with notice on the Pricing page.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when registering.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to share your paid membership login with others, redistribute or resell premium content, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose. Content on PharmD Guru is for personal educational use only.
Intellectual Property
All study content, text, graphics, and materials on PharmD Guru are the property of PharmD Guru or its content contributors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute this content without permission.

Limitation of Liability
PharmD Guru provides study material for educational reference purposes only and makes no guarantee of examination results or outcomes. We are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the Service.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
